Bombay fizz

Preparation:

  • Squeeze about 3 to 4 limes to obtain the juice of them.
  • Then, pour the lime juice in a jug together with the gin, orange-blossom water, simple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir it all together for about two minutes.
  • After stirring for about two minutes, slowly and gently add seltzer and stir it once again until it is all combined.
  • Finally, add some salt in a plate and pass over a wedge of lime around each glass that you will use to drink the Bombay fizz and dip it in the plate of salt.
  • Fill the glasses with ice cubes and pour some Bombay fizz among glasses and garnish with lime rounds or lime peel strips. Also, to make it more refreshing add a mint leaf.
